For clients of AlphaScan that need technical support, use the contact information below. Your call will be handled by your local AlphaScan office during normal business hours of 8 am to 5 pm. If they are not available or if you are calling after business hours, an AlphaScan representative will contact a support team member to attend to your ticket.

AlphaScan's normal business hours are 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. An AlphaScan representative will be available to answer your call away from the office.
